Share the Love with Chef Josh Fidler on Valentine’s Day

Treat your honey to a tempting six-course Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu at Fidler & Co. Craft Kitchen & Grocery. What better holiday than the one that falls on Feb. 14 for chef-owner Josh Fidler to show his love for cooking and his guests?

We’re normally closed on Tuesday, but we can’t resist setting the table on the sweetest day of the year. Let Chef Josh tickle your fancy with his Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu:

    • Amuse-bouche with date, goat cheese, balsamic and speck.

    • Oyster three ways: raw, fried and poached.

    • Butter-poached lobster salad with brioche, frisee, celery and hollandaise.

    • Your choice of entree: Steak au poivre filet with Yukon gold puree, sherry cream and Brussels sprouts; or Arctic char with cauliflower puree, braised kale, and fruit and nuts.

    • Foie gras with apple butter, pistachio and maple.

    • Your choice of dessert: crème brûlée or chocolate mousse.

Our intimate restaurant has just 40 seats! We recommend that you make reservations early to secure your place between 6 and 8 p.m. It’s just $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Remember to BYOB. Need suggestions? Here are six of Chef Josh’s favorites.

Chef Josh and the restaurant have been getting rave reviews for creative cuisine, comfortable ambience and a welcome-back-we-missed-you vibe. We’re proud to be a go-to for Gettysburg visitors, but we’re worth the drive to get a taste of authentic Adams County (if we do say so ourselves).

Ready to grab your Valentine’s Day resos? The best way is to call us at (717) 677-7014. You can also use this form and specify that you’re booking for Valentine’s Day.

Fidler & Co. Craft Kitchen & Grocery, located just outside of historic Gettysburg in the heart of Adams County, in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, was founded as a labor of love by chef and owner Josh Fidler. We are dedicated to providing the best in upscale rustic cuisine, drawing influence from the vast local farmland that surrounds us. We love to cook and cook the things we love. Come experience our farm-sourced fare in a BYOB setting—available for lunchsupper and weekend brunch, or book a private chef’s tasting.
